Oddly enough, the blanket that he is on is one that my Ryker used too. It is hard to find boy blankets. I remember coming in one day and they had a purple floral one under him. The nurse was the one nurse up there that I did not care for, and we asked why he had an obviously girly blanket underneath. She said she could not find anything else. I told her that if she had checked his closet, that she would find some boy ones there. Oddly enough, it was at that moment that Ryker decided to made a mess of his blankets, making it so that we would have to change them. I think he was sharing in his disdain of being made to lay on such a girlie blanket!Emhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11662284283617525676noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7251421333934661761.post-8637579011435879802008-04-02T12:49:00.000-06:002008-04-02T12:49:00.000-06:00You do not know me, but I am part of a group that ...You do not know me, but I am part of a group that I believe you too are part of, intermountain healing hearts. My son Ryker was born with HLHS too and lived up at Primary's for his 7 weeks. What an amazing little guy you have! Gotta love the guys! Ryker had a nurse named Ben, that we called Ryker's buddy. I loved it when he would have Ben the nurse on because we felt like he was just hanging out with one of the guys. Anyways, hope too that the breathing tube stays far away from Teagan and that you can get him home soon!
Do you mind if I link your website on our family blog?
Let me know either way.
