A Good Day

Im sorry for the short post yesterday. It was a rough day. Teagan had steady improvement after Dr. K reopened his chest and Brytt and I were able to go home and sleep.
We arrived back at Primary Childrens about 9:30 AM Jodi Pettit (Teagan's Aunt) came to visit and brought several surprises. She brought Teagan a CD player with a CD, Music Box Melodies. This is to sooth him as he lays in bed. Also Josh and Jodi had Matrix Message come and give Brytt and I chair messages. The messuse (WJHS Spelling?) said you have alot of worry and stress. I thought to myself "No kidding?" but it was very nice and enjoyable.
We have family around us everyday. Grandma Dee has been a constant support and all of our family has been great. We see families in the ICU that don't have that support and it is tough. Sometimes we feel bad because we take up half the waiting room, but its nice to know that so many people are here for us. Also our ward (sunset ridge) and our old ward in west valley (hunter) are both holding a special fast for Teagan tomorrow. We definitely felt strengthened and peaceful last Sunday when our family and friends fasted for us, and we are looking forward to the power that comes from fasting. Thank you for all those that have supported our group fasts they have made a huge difference. Ryan

Glad that Teagan is doing better today. Slow and steady wins the race right?

Hello, my name is Allison and I am a member of the IHH group. This road is a long and winding one, but even more so it is a truly beautiful one. My Heavenly Father has taught me SO much by sending Ethan to our family. We too were not diagnosed in utero and so I can fully understand the devestaion and fears that accompany such shocking discovery. Please know that although you may not know me in person that you will be in my thoughts and prayers. These heart babies are strong and have very special spirits. I know that some days are better than others but I am sure that you will agree that is day is truly a gift. Take care of yourselves and your sweet baby.

Hey guys, its Tami. I am humbled by your spirit. Your connection with the savior is going to help you through- I know it. Thatcher is healing well, waiting for Teagan to have a play date. I will follow up with your blog and come see you every chance I get. I am glad the massage worked out! Teagan is in our prayers, as is your family.
Much love-
Tami, Ryan, Thatcher and the boys
