Family Fast

We are going to have a fast on Sunday or Monday, whatever is easier for you. Teagan has a very big cardio. appt on Monday morning, they will be sedating him for his echo. During this they will check his heart and get a pretty good idea of when his next surgery will be. They also will check his clot and if it is gone we can stop the shots. Then they will do an x-ray and make sure the cylo has not returned now that we have started breast milk. He can not eat after 4am, so our little guy will be pretty hungry. And then we will spend some time in the PICU for evaluation after the sedation. Please fast and pray with us that Teagan can enduring it all well and that the doctors will know what's best for him as we prepare for his next surgery, please pray that his clot will be gone or at least in the same place and the same size and also we could use all the prayers for his feeding issues to get some resolve. Thanks for your help, we believe in the power of prayer and fasting as we have seen it help us before. Teagan will also have a priesthood blessing by his Father and Grandpas on Sunday night, with all of these things combined I know Monday will be a success and we will get some answers to our questions.

You got it! It was so good to see you and your fam at the carnival. It is really a little miracle that I get to witness through Teagan's life and your families will to pull together and just stay strong one day at a time. You may not realize the lives that Teagan has touched, but he has touched mine!

I will totally be praying. Sorry I can't fast because I am nursing, but I will be praying for sure! Stay strong, GOD Bless,

And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we know that suffering produces perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.

Thank you for finally allowing me to be able to leave a comment. I love you so much and I know things will work out....even if it's not exactly how we want it to. Heavenly Father knows what is best for us. I am fasting right now and I can honestly say that through this whole Teagan experience fasting has never been so easy. Fasting with a true purpose is what really makes it. I love you so much and admire you for all that have done and are doing. Your actions and hard work are not going unnoticed. You amaze me each day and I couldn't ask for a better sister. Thank you Brytten for the life that you live.
Love,
Coke

Can't wait to hear how Teags appointment goes today! It's always so nerve wracking, but I'm sure it'll be fantastic!! Teags is doing great and growing, despite all the eating issues. Always keep in mind... "It could be worse" and it helps get through it.
