Flu season is fast approaching and you need a flu shot! I use to really enjoy the changing seasons, fall met cozy evenings, football, sweaters, jackets, and jeans; but now it is a warning that cold and flu season are just around the corner. Once again we will be requiring everyone who comes to our home after November 1st to of had a flu shot for at least two weeks (Oct. 17th). You might notice my new "Shot for Teagan" list on the right has already started. Experts are predicting a pretty bad flu season, especially with the new H1N1 (Swine Flu)strain. We will not be requiring the H1N1 vaccine, as we have heard it will be hard to get and I'm not so sure how much good it will do being the first year and all. I'm a little skeptical myself and as of right now don't think my family will be getting them. If there is one thing I've learned through all this it is: TRUST YOUR GUT! And right now my gut is saying to hold off. The regular old flu shots are out and available so go get one today! I know where to get them for $15, so just ask. Let me know when you get yours so I can add you to the list, thanks for your help in keeping our family well!
Attitude is everything. Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle. Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly, because life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass... it's about learning to dance in the rain.
